I oversee regional marketing from end to end, creating outbound sales materials like product launches, package decks, and one-sheets, while also developing targeted email campaigns tied to key verticals and tentpole moments. Alongside sales support, I manage regional communications including press releases, email updates, and social content, ensuring every touchpoint is aligned, market-specific, and built to move the business forward.

Marketing Data Requests
I serve as the central point for marketing data requests across my regions. Sales typically comes to me with requests tied to RFPs or live client conversations, most often around audience demographics, ridership insights aligned to target customer profiles, or POI and journey mapping. I translate these requests into clear, usable outputs that support the story being told, ensuring the data is relevant, defensible, and easy for sales to deploy in-market.

RFP'S
I worked on three comprehensive RFPs to present our business to Staten Island Ferries, Chicago Water Taxi, and NYC Ferries. Each project was extensive, spanning over 100 pages, and included a detailed account of our company’s history, data analysis, business model, and innovative strategies for integrating our services with these operators. So far we've signed one contract after the RFP and awaiting on the others. I then set up processes in place to internally and externally approve our asset distribution in the advertising program. Digital Screen Content
I served as the content creator for our digital billboard boats, designing mock-ups for clients, event-specific messaging, personalized content, and current event messages. Each piece was carefully crafted to align with the content’s relevance, location, and target audience. Additionally, I managed the scheduling of all creatives, building comprehensive calendars that included holidays and key dates to maximize engagement.




Experiential Content
I was responsible for bringing the impossible to life. When pitching to clients, I not only sold our advertising assets but also conceptualized and executed creative activations with custom build-outs. These activations were designed with the highest level of creativity, transforming ideas into impactful, immersive experiences.
