Staten Island Ferries
Asset Lead
We took over the advertising program for the Staten Island Ferries, and I was assigned product lead and project manager. I conducted a thorough walkthrough of the entire system. I created general arrangements, selected the types and locations of our new ad spaces, and prepared a visually digestible presentation with explanations and price points for internal approval. Once approved, we will begin the marketing and sales plan.




RFP'S
I worked on three comprehensive RFPs to present our business to Staten Island Ferries, Chicago Water Taxi, and NYC Ferries. Each project was extensive, spanning over 100 pages, and included a detailed account of our company’s history, data analysis, business model, and innovative strategies for integrating our services with these operators. To your left are only a few of the pages on our RFP that got approved and is now under contract. After the approval, I created processes to internally and externally approve our asset placements and operationalize which as been ongoing for the past 4 months.




Washington State Ferries RFP
I developed an RFP for Washington State Ferries, outlining opportunities to enhance their advertising program by strategically adding static assets and introducing digital assets across terminals and vessels. I supported these recommendations with data-driven insights, demonstrating the potential impact and value of each proposed placement to effectively communicate the benefits to stakeholders. This is just one example of two terminals and one vessel but I did this for about 10 terminals and 7 vessels with hard research and visual representation and story telling.




Riverlanding Product Lead & Manager
We proposed a new advertising takeover program for a mixed-use building designed for work, live, and play. I developed the proposal by conducting site visits, analyzing customer flow and overall experience, and strategically positioning ad spaces in a clear and concise manner for leadership approval before presenting it to the building management.




Washington State Ferries Project Lead
We took over the advertising program for Washington State Ferries, and I was responsible for mocking up new assets and enhancing existing ones. Once the assets were approved, I managed the general arrangements for all terminals and vessels to mark our asset locations, allowing our installers to take measurements. I created the design templates, which were sent to clients so they could prepare their artwork accordingly. We then sent proofs back to clients and provided general arrangements to the installers to ensure perfect and accurate installations across all our upcoming campaigns.
